Do you offer personalised gifts?
Yes! Personalisation is one of my favourite parts of what I do. Many products can be customised with names, labels, colours, ribbons, and packaging to suit your celebration.
Are all of your products handmade?
Many of my products, including my artisan soaps, are handcrafted in small batches in my Rolleston studio. I also carefully source beautiful accessories and gift items that complement my collections, so every gift feels thoughtful and complete.
How long does my order take?
Ready-made products are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Custom orders vary depending on the quantity and level of personalisation. I'll provide an estimated timeframe when we confirm your order.
Do you ship throughout New Zealand?
Yes! I carefully package and ship orders nationwide.
Free local pickup from Rolleston is also available by appointment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy FREE standard shipping on ready-made orders over NZ$120 anywhere in New Zealand.
Custom orders are quoted individually.
Can I return personalised items?
Because personalised gifts are made especially for you, they can't be returned due to a change of mind. However, if there's a problem with your order, please get in touch and I'll always do my best to make it right.

What is the process?

Tell Me About Your Celebration
Fill out the enquiry form and share your ideas with me. Let me know your event date, estimated quantity, colour palette, inspiration, and anything else you'd like me to know.

Receive Your Personalised Quote
Within 1–2 business days, I'll send you a personalised quote along with ideas and recommendations based on your celebration and budget.

Confirm Your Design
We'll finalise all the details, including colours, personalised labels, packaging, ribbons, and wording before production begins.

I'll Prepare Your Order
Once everything has been approved and any required deposit has been received, I'll begin preparing your order with care.

Delivery or Pickup
Your order will be beautifully packaged and shipped anywhere in New Zealand, or collected from Rolleston by appointment.
What is the lead time?
To ensure your order receives the care it deserves, I recommend booking as early as possible.
Personalised Favours & Gift Boxes: 6–8 weeks
If your event is coming up sooner, please get in touch. If I can fit you in, I'll happily do my best.
Do you require deposits?
Large custom orders may require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due before your order is shipped or collected.
